The “Fight Club” star, 61, bought the 8,385-square-foot property from The Killers’ guitarist, Dave Keuning, and his wife Emilie, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The musician — who snatched up the home in 2021 for nearly $9.6 million from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai — initially listed the estate in June for just under $14 million.
Featuring gorgeous views of downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean, the renovated manse was originally erected in 1989 and is located in the prestigious Outpost Estates enclave, where other A-list residents include Orlando Bloom and Ben Affleck.

Upon entry, Pitt’s new pad has a beautiful double-height foyer with wood-beam ceilings and arched doorways that create a homey yet elegant feel.
There is also a living room with steel French doors, a farmhouse-style kitchen, several airy sitting rooms and a minimalist office.
The primary bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city-to-ocean views, while the en suite bathroom is fit with a black-and-white marble bathtub and coordinating sleek glass standing shower.

“He wanted somewhere that could provide an optimal security system and privacy and this place caught his eye,” a source told The Post. “Long before his home was burglarized, security was always a priority.”
The manor is well-hidden behind lush landscaping and is already pre-wired with a state-of-the-art alarm system. The hand-laid brick motor court is also situated behind a security entry.

The “F1” star’s latest purchase joins his already impressive real estate portfolio.
Along with his recently-ransacked home in Los Feliz, Pitt just sold his other longtime compound in the same neighborhood for $33 million.
He also purchased a clifftop home in Carmel Highlands for $40 million and co-owns the Château Miraval winery in France.
